Create a Wireframe

In the last week assignment, you had to come up with a list of 10 questions for a briefing form. I would like you to now fill in this briefing form, take the answers and create a wireframe for the site.

You can choose if you want it to be a lo-tech or hi-tech architecture.  Regardless of which method you choose, I would like to see as much detail as possible. Also, please write a short paragraph to explain why you chose the lo-tech or hi-tech option.

Can you describe your business in a few sentences?

It’s a pizzarestaurant thats called eatPIZZA that offers a great selection of pizza, and we are also offering online booking and takeaway.

What do you want your site to accomplish?

I want the customer to feel well when visiting the site and give the information needed and provide a good Visual experience.

What do you NOT want on your site in terms of text, content, colour and graphic elements?

I don’t want elements that are disturbing like blinking things or to much movement. I don’t want it to be messy or chaotic.

What websites do you like and why?

We like clean and simple websites with few, but important messages, great images and features. Nice colors that suits the purpose.

What features do you want your website to have?

I want it to Visual describe the company and what services it offers. It has to have a online menu, online booking apportunity, contactinformation and information about the takeaway. It has to be easy to understand and navigate the site.

Do you have a style guide or any existing collateral?

Not at this time.

Who is you target audience?

Everyone that loves pizza and have access to the internet.

How can we avoid failure?

With a good cooperation and being out there to see what’s going on, and be sure to not have a boring site with lack of information, and also not updated information.

Who are your competitors and how do you differ from them?

Other restaurants. We differ from them because we give the customers good online features and have good quality made pizzas. We really focuses on service and user experience.

What is your deadline for completing the site? How big is the Budget?

The deadline for the site is 2 months after writing the contract and the budget is about 5-20000kr.

Okey so I started thinking about the mandatory assignment we are having this month (MA05) and even though we didn’t have to make a wireframe for that in this Learning Activity, I couldn’t see anything other than a positive effect of it, if I just did that.

It’s a pizza restaurant, and I came up With the name eatPIZZa which is really describable for the Company. I chose to make a hi-Tech wireframe in illustrator, just because I wanted to Challenge myself, but also because the more detalils, the more easier it gets when going to the making of the website in html and css, in other words the coding for the site. In addition it’s more nicer to view for the Client and it gives a better impression of how the end result will look like.
